Select a video lesson and find a quiet, comfortable space where you can focus on learning.

In each video, religious scholars discuss the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius and related themes. Because lessons follow the life of Jesus, we recommend watching the videos in order.

Pray and reflect

After watching a video, you can take what you’ve learned and apply it to your own life and relationship with God.

Start with a grace, and then choose up to five prayers and reflections to contemplate. Take your time and continue to the next lesson when you’re ready.
